At Media Feathers, we work together as an organization. We value our  environment much at our digital agency. We strongly believe in taking on the ethical responsibility of our employees and trying to demonstrate ethical conduct through equitable consideration of all stakeholders, including leaders, investors, customers, and employees. That’s why we care for all stakeholders in our role as an ethical media company within the context in which we operate.

To set a benchmark that we can adhere to, we have established an upper minimum wage for our employees above the average minimum wage, or one that the federal or state government establishes as the “minimum livable wage.” We also work with various local, diverse, and socially responsible customers and partners, consult with community stakeholders on business decisions, and collaborate with clients who impact the community positively.

Environmental Responsibility

As the environment deteriorates and we see changes in the weather, it is important to know the need to make changes. Human beings live on the earth, and as such, it is our duty to protect the planet in any way that we can. The climate is changing in shockingly negative ways that we’ll regret in the future. We are already witnessing certain aspects of it.

That’s why we’ve been able to contribute to improving our environment and aim to change the world in the near future. We’ve already begun implementing our climate change initiatives, beginning by cutting down our business’s carbon footprint. We are aware of how carbon threatens our climate, and that is the reason we use strategies and items that leave less or zero carbon footprints.

Additionally, we are enhancing energy efficiency to aid in our carbon footprint initiatives. We are also reducing the use of water, waste, and emissions to benefit us and our communities and bring about the climate change revolution.

Privacy Responsibility

In this age of technology, where everything is accessible via the internet, we are committed to safeguarding everyone’s privacy and adhering to the highest standards when handling private or personal information. We do our best to protect the privacy of our customers, employees, and any other partners who are involved. We believe it is our duty and a fundamental human right to safeguard anyone’s privacy.
